Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

  Print and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
